Problem Statement

The Car Rental landing page was originally designed for leisure tourists.

However, user research revealed that many also use the service for business

trips and local city travel. The challenge is to introduce the product in a way that

speaks to diverse use cases while clarifying that bookings include a chauffeur, which is the standard inIndonesia.

My role as Content Designer

- Craft clear and concise copy to convey what users can achieve with Car Rental.

- Collaborate with the designer to align copy with visuals, brainstorming ways to

showcase how easy it is to book a car through Traveloka.

Solution

- Craft the copy using a‌ neutral yet friendly tone to‌avoiding hard-selling, while‌ keeping the message‌ inspiring.‌

- The message helps‌ to set user expectations, reducingc onfusion and building

trust.
